Office Manager
A lover of kids and anything that brings joy to their lives, Shireasha is the Office Manager at My First Dentist. She is a devoted wife, mom and enjoys spending time with family. She has been gravitated to the field once she saw the mass impact it has on changing lives. Shireasha has been committed to Dentistry for over 16 years.
Outside of her business administrative role, she enjoys being outdoors and is already ready for a trip. Shireasha also caters to expecting moms and provides supports during their pregnancy.
Mrs. Cicely Stubbs-Darville
Assistant Office Manager
Mrs. Cicely Stubbs-Darville holds the position of Assistant Office Manager here at My First Dentist. She started out on the clinical team as a dental assistant when the practice initially opened and then transitioned to administration. She enjoys interacting with the patients and parents here at the practice.
She is a wife and mom; together she and her husband have two handsome sons Elijah and Judah. Cicely attends Agape church and has strong belief and faith and family. Cicely loves to try different eateries and family fun festivities. Like most Bahamian woman, travel is a must.
Ms.Princess Barr
Front Desk Coordinator
As a lover of Dentistry, Princess has worked in the dental field as a Dental Assistant for 6 years and has recently transitioned to Front Desk Coordinator.
Princess exudes great communicational skills and has a new-found love and appreciation for Pediatric Dentistry.
In her spare time, she’s mostly focused on fitness as well as living and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Ms. Louisha curry
Lead Dental Assistant
Ms. Louisha Curry has been a part of My First Dentist from its inception; however, she is not new to the field of dentistry. With over ten years of dental assisting experience Louisha exudes strong leadership amongst the team. She is the oldest of four, and has become a sister to everyone in the office. She is dedicated and always strives to make a lasting impression on the children she assists.
She is an awesome mom, to her son DJ, and instills the same work ethic in him.
During her spare time, she enjoys traveling and using her fashion expertise to create stylish looks.
Ms. Alissa Gibson
Lead Registered Dental Hygienist
After obtaining her Dental Hygiene degree, Alissa moved back home to join Dr. Darville’s team at My First Dentist. Since then, it has been a pleasure working in an exciting environment just for kids. Alissa’s feels it is her responsibility to educate patients and their parents about oral hygiene, and to make sure that they have a comfortable experience in the dental chair.
When she’s not working, she enjoys trying new recipes, or planning her next getaway.
Ms.Alvia Penn
Registered Dental Hygienist
New to the My First Dentist team is Ms. Alvia Penn. After pursuing studies abroad, Alvia returned home where she has been practicing as a registered dental hygienist for 5 years. She has a passion for oral health awareness and feels that the saying is true, “when you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life.” She loves kids and is committed to making their dental experiences FUN!
In her spare time, you can find Alvia reading, on the beach, or trying different restaurants near and far.

My name is Dennisha, your newest Dental Assistant to the MFD Team. I am a beautiful, strong, humble, no- nonsense passionate young lady. I always do my best to be optimistic as possible in all situations. I love simplicity but I am very adventurous. I love the Lord and my family, I found myself to be a food enthusiast. I always had an unexplainable love for dentistry which continues to grow daily. I especially love serving in the pediatric field.
